Add Cookie Notification to your website

This article refers to a previous version of the Duda Responsive Website Builder. Click here for help content on the current Duda editor.

Some locations, such as the European Union, require websites to notify visitors about the use of cookies. To enable a cookie notification on your website, follow the steps below.

1. Click Site Settings in the left sidebar.

2. Click General.

3. Turn the notification on.

4. Select a language (English is the default).

5. Click the preview link to check out your notification. When you're finished, republish your website to make the changes live.

How do I customize cookie notifications?

Unfortunately, we don't have the ability to customize cookie notifications at the moment though this is on our feature request bucket list.

As a workaround, you can try using the notification insite to create a warning notice for first-time visitors stating the cookie law.
