Account Settings (General)

Overview

Change your email, password, and e-mail settings in the General tab of the Account Settings menu.

Accessing Account Settings

  1. Go to your dashboard at my.dudamobile.com, you must be logged in
  2. Click Account

 

Email

You can change the email address where important notifications, stats, news and updates will be sent. This email address is also the account’s username used to log into the account. To change this simply change the email address in the Email box, click Change, then click Save.

Password

The password used to log into the account can be changed here. To do so just type your new password in the Password box, click Change, then click Save.

E-Mail Settings

Below the Save button you can change the frequency with which you receive emails. You can choose from Weekly, Monthly, or Never for Site Stats (one email for each site receiving stats) and for News and Updates that we send out regarding new products, features, promotions, and content. Simply select the option you desire for each of these. It is not necessary to click the Save button after changing this setting.
