Overview

Change your automated email sender name and signature in the Communications tab of the Account Settings menu.

Accessing Account Settings

  1. Go to your dashboard at my.dudamobile.com, you must be logged in
  2. Hover your mouse over DudaPro, and select the Communications sub-menu

Options

Sender

The name that your automated email will list in its signature

Signature

Any extra information you'd like to include in your signature

Re-granting site access

Site users can go to the login page and choose the reset password option using their login email.

How do I customize the email template?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to customize the email template at this time. You can, however, choose to generate a link instead of a welcome email on user creation, as seen below;

You can then insert that link into a welcome email of your own.
